WHO ARE YOU LISTENING TO?

As we go through our day one never knows what can happen and to expect the unexpected is a very good way to stay alert, mindful, and focused on the present. But that’s easier said then done. So as events take place and perhaps cause our lives to be disrupted with stuff that just happens what do we do, and where do we turn for advise and the ability to vent without repercussion?
We have all heard that the answers are within our own innate sense of the truth, but how can we reinforce the truth of it without the help of another?
The biggest favor you can do for yourself is to be very choice in who you open up to. Sometimes the people who love us the most, or the ones with credentials are the last opinions we should seek.
If it’s truth your after than simply quiet yourself and listen to your deepest and most private thoughts, and that is where the solution can be found.
For many of us religion in the form of praying, called meditation to others is where all the “planning in the mind” takes place, “just ask and you shall receive”. This is sacred to you and no other, only the guidance of the all knowing can help you see the situation for what it truly is.
A wise old spirit lives in all of us, and is all knowing because it has experienced and witness the continuance of human suffering that we inflict upon ourselves. So as drama surrounds you and takes over your life who are you listening to? the silence that speaks louder than words, or the ego that cannot exist without conflict.
Life is beautiful and the joy that comes from the freedom of not having to answer to, or protect yourself from those around you is transforming. Your personal journey that’s only yours, and the road to self discovery is in front of you allowing for all the possibilities of what is and can be are yours.
Who you choose to accompany you on your path makes all the difference on how and when you arrive at your destination.

SEARCHING FOR IDENTITY

musven

With so much exposure to endless possibilities it’s very easy to get lost in the search for our true individual identity. The aspect of ourselves that make us unique and different while remaining human in spirit with our feet planted firmly on the ground.
The complexities of personalities and variations of ideas and opinions that surround us daily can cause unnecessary stress and anxiety. The search for the truth our truth can only be found when we look at ourselves as a mere reflection of our inner thoughts. Once we identify with what our innate sense of ourselves is trying to show us everything becomes easier as we accept things as they are without labeling or judgement.

In the modern world we live in nothing we say or do is private anymore and those we
choose to speak freely with may turn around and put it on facebook exposing us in a way we had not intended.
No one really gets us especially since we do not get ourselves. This is why our thoughts are better kept without words attached unless we resinate with what we are truly feeling coming from a place that only we have direct access to OUR HEARTS. This is the place where our innate feelings are generated by a process that cannot fully be explained but is understood without any logical explanation.

It’s easy to become addicted to the stream of endless talking and noise that is created when discussing a situation you may find yourself in that no one can have answers to but will be happy to share their opinions and advise. This creates more confusion with an outcome that might lead to further frustration.

Just as our thoughts are powerful so too is the vibration of words, their resonance can cause more confusion and your vibrational field will have significant damage with need for repair.

Ask yourself are the people you associate with vibrating in such a way where they lift you up to greater possibilities of what is? or are they bringing you down to a vibration that only manifests itself through the misery of others.

Good vibrations sing and dance to the beautiful rhythms that being aligned with your true nature can bring, this is the joy that comes from recognizing yourself in the reflection of you”.
