WHAT ARE YOU RUNNING FROM?

Don't run from your past its exhausting _Diana

IT’S HARD TO SEE WHERE YOU ARE GOING, IF YOU ARE STILL LOOKING AT THE PAST!

As you look back it’s not easy to recapture all you missed and the experience in the doing goes unrecognized. So often we reflect on past events that had very significant hidden meanings designed just for our personal growth and spiritual development that went unnoticed.
We all think if we keep on the move whatever we are running from won’t catch up with us. If we stay busy enough and fill the day with so much to be done physical exhaustion becomes the cure for not thinking about anything that may cause us to feel uncomfortable or confused about.
So instead of embracing our situations we keep on the move ignoring what is truly important and that’s the understanding of how you came to be where you are.
Our lives are filled with signs and symbols that are in plain sight as guiding posts trying to help us along the way. If we are not present we do not recognize them at all and we take the round about way of figuring things out. This all comes in the form of lessons and some of us are better students than others.
Timing is very personal when it comes to embracing that moment when you can say “I understand now”
We all know the past is a thought form in the present moment and ultimately has no power except that which we give it. If something haunts you and causes you to flee from its thoughts, perhaps its time to reflect on the real purpose for the event.
Our thoughts are very powerful and the way in which we utilize all that’s been shown to us is our path to SELF DISCOVERY. The most important accomplishment in this life time comes as a true understanding of who we are and why we are here at this moment in time.
